  1. North Village Plaza is a thirty-two acre, mixed use commercial development project; the first of its kind in Ruston, Louisiana. Located just a half mile north of Interstate 20.

  2. Highway 33, which runs north from Interstate 20 past our development is currently being improved to a five lane corridor from Interstate 20 north a mile past our project.

  3. North Village Plaza is located within the city limits of Ruston and is zoned industrial.

  4. The project's infrastructure will include beautifully landscaped entries and boulevards, water features, landscaped common areas and within the Lifestyle Center a courtyard with several amenities.

  5. The development will include an open air Life Style shopping center with over 80,000 square of in-line retail space.

  6. Tenants within the Life Style Center will have store signage opportunities on the front of their buildings.

  7. Trash compactors for common garbage and recyclable garage will be provided for the tenants of the Life Style center.

  8. Each tenant or parcel owner will pay into an annual Common Area Maintenance fund to provide for the overall maintenance of the developments common areas, lighting, landscaping, roads, entries, utilities and decorations.

  9. Each tenant or parcel owner will pay into a general marketing fund to promote and market the project as a whole.

  10. Our goal is to bring together a mix of national, regional and local tenants to the project to provide a blend of shopping, dining and entertainment to Ruston and the surrounding areas.
